How was your January? I read everything that was on my TBR for the month! Hooray! Actually, somehow I managed to read 27 books in January???!!!! All but 4 were audiobooks, so that definitely helped. I got a lot of cross stitching done while I listened to books, and I had a 5 day weekend in the middle of the month (thank you snow days!) where I listened to 2 books every day. Evenfall was one of the ebooks I read, and it was 1,427 pages, so it was a feat in itself just to get that finished in a month. I also read and reviewed 46 children’s books on NetGalley, but I don’t keep track of those on Goodreads.
I had a very ambitious November TBR planned, with 4 readathons and lots of books to read. I didn’t quite get to them all, but I’m happy with how I did, especially considering I had family in town for the entire week of Thanksgiving and got virtually no reading done then.
It’s been almost a year since I posted a monthly wrap up. I’ve read a lot of books this year, and already met my Goodreads goal this month, but I’ve been so bad about blogging regularly. I haven’t had the passion for it, and I didn’t want to force myself when I wasn’t feeling up to it. But I had a fantastic reading month and wanted to share the books with you all. I’m hoping to start posting more regularly again, even if I end up throwing in some non-bookish posts in here and there, like what music I’ve been into lately. I’m participating in quite a few readathons this month, so many that it covers virtually the entire month, so we’ll see if I stick to my big TBR or not!
I did it! I made it through another 24 Hour Readathon!! I fell asleep briefly at a couple different points, but never for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Aaaaand the readathon ended 4 hours ago, and I’m still awake….
The readathon ends at 7AM for me so I usually dive face first into bed as soon as it’s over and don’t resurface until at least noon, but I’m strangely not tired today. I’m sure I’ll crash really early tonight to make up for it.
Play– 52 pages (Started this one before the readathon and just needed to finish it up)

Thanks in part to the Bookish Bingo Readathon, TBR Takedown, and Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon, I ended up reading 20 books in April! It was also rainy most of the month and that kept me inside a lot more than I expected.
I took part in two readathons last week, and had an AMAZING reading week. Here was my TBR for the week if you missed it. I read seven books in total, three towards my Bookish Bingo challenges, and four for the TBR Takedown challenges.
Here’s what I read for Bookish Bingo:
A Kiss in Time: Flowers on the Cover
The Copper Gauntlet: More Than One Author
Death Note #8: Second Chance
These are the books I read for TBR Takedown 3.5:
Ashen Winter: Catch Up on a Series (4 stars)
Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List: TBR Shelf Over a Year (2 stars)
The Heartbreakers: Most Recent Haul (4 stars)
Torn Away: Standalone (4 stars)
I read a total of 2,237 pages throughout the week! Let me know how you did if you participated. What was the best book you read this week?
