Friday Reads: February 26

Parent Teacher Conferences were this week and I’ve been so busy that I haven’t read much of anything.  The students have today off and I’m finally starting to feel like I’ve caught up on all my paperwork, so hopefully I can get some great reading in this weekend.

Here are the books I’m planning to read…

I’ve been wanting to read this one for awhile, and I’ve been in the mood for some contemporary lately so this is the perfect time to finally start it.

Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli

Sixteen-year-old and not-so-openly gay Simon Spier prefers to save his drama for the school musical. But when an email falls into the wrong hands, his secret is at risk of being thrust into the spotlight. I admit that I’m still not finished with my ADSOM re-read. My pre-order for A Gathering of Shadows shipped out a couple days ago, so I need to finish this up so I can dive right into AGOS when it arrives.
